*Note: It is not possible nor legal for us to pay the import fees for your country. If your country's customs department taxes the package, you are responsible for those taxes.

HASSEL-FREE RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item(s) for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit within (14) days of the delivery date. We do not charge a re-stocking fee but if a coupon discount was used with your purchase, the coupon amount will be deducted from the refund amount (this does not apply to exchanges or merchandise credits). Clearance items (prices ending in .99) are a final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Instructions

If you wish to return an item, please carefully follow these steps:

1. Print and complete our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by clicking on this link Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
2. Include your completed RMA form and a copy of your packing slip in your package.
3. Seal the item in the original packing or similar material and packed securely to avoid shipping damage. The item must be in its original (unused) condition with tags attached and in the original packaging as it was delivered.
4. Postmark the return package within (14) days of the original package delivery date.
5. Send an email to info@allthingstrendy.com stating that you have returned your purchase and include your tracking number.
6. Please Note: We recommend that your package be insured and signature confirmation is recommended.
