In the event you must return an item, simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and post mark the item back to us within five (5) business days of receipt. If it is determined that the bag has been used, it will be returned to you at your expense via the United States Postal Service C.O.D.
3. Include a copy of your packing slip with your RMA number written on the top.
4. Write your RMA number next to the shipping label on the sealed package.
5. Required: Package must be insured, and delivered via signature required service (this is for your protection and ours).
