Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item(s) for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit within (14) days of the delivery date. We do not charge a re-stocking fee but if a coupon discount was used with your purchase, the coupon amount will be deducted from your refund (this does not apply to exchanges or merchandise credits). Clearance items (prices ending in .99) are a final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Instructions

If you wish to return an item, please carefully follow these steps:

1. Print and complete our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by clicking on this link Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
2. Include your completed RMA form and a copy of your packing slip in your package.
3. Seal the item in the original packing or similar material and packed securely to avoid shipping damage. The item must be in its original (new) condition with tags attached and in the original packaging as it was delivered.
4. Postmark the return package within (14) days of the orginal package delivery date.
5. Send an email to info@allthingstrendy.com stating that you have returned your purchase and include your return tracking number.
6. Please Note: We recommend that your package be insured and signature confirmation is recommended.

This policy does not insinuate an obligation to accept returned material that is deemed used, returned after the stated time period, damaged by client, damaged during shipping (unless the item was insured) or mishandling after leaving our facilities. Merchandise credits are valid for 365 days from the date of original purchase and may not be used in conjunction with any promotional discount. Original and return shipping, handling and insurance is not refundable. This return policy does not apply to Swarovski crystal wholesale or special orders.
