Priority Mail	Averages 2 - 3 days in most cases but is not guaranteed in that time frame. Unusual delays may result in delivery times up to 14 business days.

Express Mail	Normally delivered within 24 hours of shipment but guaranteed within 48 hours.
International Shipping Services	Delivery Averages and Notes
Priority Mail International*	Average delivery within 10 - 16 business days to your country. Additional delivery time is required to reach final destination. This service requires clearance through your local customs agency and possible payment of local tariff. Includes tracking and insurance. Actual delivery times will depend upon your local customs agency clearing the package for delivery by your local postal service. We have no control over delays by your locals customs or postal service.

Express Mail International*	Average delivery within 5 - 10 business days to your country. Additional delivery time is required to reach final destination.This service requires clearance through your local customs agency and possible payment of local tariff. Includes tracking and insurance. Actual delivery times will depend upon your local customs agency clearing the package for delivery by your local postal service. We have no control over delays by your locals customs or postal service.

Global Express Guaranteed	Delivery is by FedEx Express. Guaranteed delivery in 3 - 6 days to the final destination (this service is not available to all areas).

*Note: It is not possible nor legal for us to pay the import fees for your country. If your country's customs department taxes the package, you are responsible for those taxes.

HASSEL-FREE RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item(s) for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit within (14) days of the delivery date. We do not charge a re-stocking fee but if a coupon discount was used with your purchase, the coupon amount will be deducted from the refund amount (this does not apply to exchanges or merchandise credits). Clearance items (prices ending in .99) are a final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Instructions

If you wish to return an item, please carefully follow these steps:

Print and complete our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by clicking on this link Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Include your completed RMA form and a copy of your packing slip in your package.
Seal the item in the original packing or similar material and packed securely to avoid shipping damage. The item must be in its original (unused) condition with tags attached and in the original packaging as it was delivered.
Postmark the return package within (14) days of the original package delivery date.
Send an email to info@allthingstrendy.com stating that you have returned your purchase and include your tracking number.
Please Note: We recommend that your package be insured and signature confirmation is recommended.
