Purchasing Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send Gift Vouchers to others via email.

How to Send Gift Vouchers

To send a Gift Voucher you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following:

  • The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher too.
  • The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher too.
  • The amount you want to send. (Note that you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.)
  • A short message which will apear in the email.

Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

Buying with Gift Vouchers

If you have funds within your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items now, or at a later date. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Checking this box will apply funds from within your Gift Voucher Account.

Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough funds within your Gift Voucher Account to cover the entire cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will remain in you Gift Voucher Account for future transactions.

Redeeming Gift Vouchers

If you receive a Gift Voucher by email, it will contain details regarding who sent it as most likely a short message from the sender. The email will also contain a link for you to "accept" the voucher. This action is referred to as "redeeming". It only means that you are accepting the gift amount into your acccount which will then secure the gift and ensure no one else is able to redeem. You will utilize the gift funds later as you shop the site.

Before you can redeem, you must first either login to your account or, if you do not have an account, it only takes a few moments to create one. After creating your account, click the link contained within the email. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page where you will the be requested to login so that the Gift Voucher can be validated and the funds placed into your account where they will be ready for you to spend on any items within the store.

The funds will remain in your account until you decide to utilize them. When ready, simply add items to your cart and checkout as normal. On the payment options page, (same page that you select a payment method) there will be a check box and button to redeem your Gift Voucher balance against that purchase. If you total amount due is less than the balance of you gift voucher account, the remaining funds will stay in your accoun until your next order. If your amount due is greater than your gift vouncher balance, simply select a payment option from the available choices on the payment page.
